Director, Global Benefits

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement strategies for design, market positioning, and cost management for all global employee benefit programs.

• Establish regular communication with benefits delivery teams to ensure alignment, guidance, and support.

• Oversee core supplier partnerships, including GBM, US consulting, and others, to guarantee top-tier service and timely fulfillment of all responsibilities.

• Improve the employee experience by enhancing awareness and simplifying navigation of Kyndryl's benefit programs.

• Standardize and streamline programs to promote consistency and investment in market-aligned initiatives.

• Serve as a consultant and partner to country HRBP leaders in developing solutions for human capital requirements.

• Experience in a benefits-related position that involved:

• Managing programs across multiple countries and regions.

• Collaborating in a highly complex organization that requires cross-functional teamwork.

• Designing employee communication and engagement campaigns.

• Supplier management experience.

• Ability to handle multiple time-sensitive and highly visible projects concurrently.

• Capability to make decisions while navigating uncertainty.

• Experience in coaching, managing, and leading a team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).

• Experience in supporting large-scale benefits transformation projects (preferred).

• Expertise in utilizing external benefits providers or brokers (preferred).

• Basic understanding of other HR processes such as payroll, HCM, or HR services (preferred).
