This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish the strategic vision and bring it to fruition.
• Articulate the global vision and direction for how partner and alliance marketing cultivates demand within our ecosystem.
• Oversee the creation and implementation of global partner go-to-market (GTM) strategies, either executing them through the direct team or empowering regional Marketing teams for effective activation.
• Develop scalable and repeatable programs that can be localized while maintaining consistency in messaging and quality.
• Guide the transition from current UC partner marketing to AI ecosystem expansion.
• Inspire joint GTM, demand generation, and storytelling initiatives.
• Formulate and implement collaborative marketing strategies with strategic partners (including Microsoft, Zoom, and Google) that enhance awareness, enablement, and demand.
• Lead a comprehensive partner communication strategy (toolkits, partner portals, content streams, events, digital), ensuring a unified “one voice” across the ecosystem.
• Collaborate with the global brand and content team to develop messaging that is innovative, straightforward, differentiated, and designed to motivate both partner sellers and customers.
• Function as a business owner (MDF, metrics, performance).
• Manage the partner marketing investment strategy, which includes governance, planning, execution, and ROI measurement of Market Development Funds (MDF).
• Actively pursue and secure investments from Alliances and other Partners.
• Establish annual goals and KPIs, cascade them to regional teams, and create a performance rhythm that transforms data into actionable insights.
• Foster continuous enhancement in program structure and execution agility, decreasing complexity and amplifying impact.
• Lead through influence in a matrixed leadership environment.
• Direct and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across sales, alliances, finance, analytics, and regional marketing to achieve results in a highly matrixed setting.
• Mentor and coach a matrix alliance marketing team to elevate execution quality, accountability, and a partner-centric mindset.
• Demonstrated experience working with alliance partners such as Microsoft, Zoom, and Google at either regional or global levels.
• Extensive experience leading partner or alliance marketing initiatives in a B2B context, covering GTM strategy, joint campaigns, enablement, and events.
• Strong proficiency in securing and managing MDF/co-marketing funds, performance tracking, and ROI analysis.
• Experience in developing new funding models, beyond MDF, is preferred.
• Proven track record of driving partner GTM alignment and executing joint strategies with executive-level partner stakeholders to foster growth and improve efficiencies.
• Familiarity with AI and Agentic AI in marketing and GTM contexts.
• Comfortable operating as a data-driven decision-maker with business and financial management acumen.
• Strong analytical and research skills; curious, commercially astute, and capable of quantifying opportunities.
