This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ A strategic professional accountable for managing relationships with all designated accounts.
β’ Act as a catalyst to enhance revenue opportunities for Cartus while improving relocation processes to align with both Client and Cartus/Corporate strategies.
β’ Collaborate closely with CSD/CSM/AM to ensure seamless service delivery to clients and customers.
β’ Hold ultimate responsibility for client retention, loyalty, and references.
β’ Oversee quarterly and annual client review processes, along with managing client projects and expectations.
β’ A minimum of five years of experience in a managerial role within account management and/or sales service, showcasing strong relationship management abilities; sales experience is advantageous.
β’ Proven experience in financial business management, system literacy, and expatriate knowledge.
β’ Required experience in domestic and global relocation.
β’ Experience managing tri-regional global engagements is a plus.
β’ A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is necessary.
β’ Strong presentation skills are essential.
