This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the strategic financial partner to the Chief Revenue Officer and the sales leadership team.
• Take ownership of the comprehensive revenue planning process across various revenue streams.
• Create and sustain revenue forecasts.
• Lead discussions regarding forecasts with sales leadership.
• Develop and manage revenue recognition models.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations to ensure data governance.
• Design processes for quota coverage reviews.
• Construct and uphold the revenue operations reporting framework.
• Serve as the finance liaison for CRM integration projects.
• Manage the monthly commission calculation process.
• Analyze customer financials and develop financial models.
• 10–12+ years of progressive experience in finance.
• 5+ years in FP&A roles supporting revenue or go-to-market functions in a SaaS, legal tech, or B2B technology environment.
• Proven experience overseeing revenue forecasting processes across multiple revenue streams.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with or working within Sales Operations.
• Hands-on experience managing commissions.
• Familiarity with ASC 606 revenue recognition standards.
• Advanced financial modeling proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with EPM/FP&A platforms.
• Proven ability to lead or assist in the integration of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process.
