This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee G&A Planning and establish business partnerships across HR, IT, Legal, and Finance.
• Lead the consolidation process, including deliverable setting, tracking, and baseline reporting in collaboration with the GTM and P&E FP&A teams.
• Initially assist as System Administrator (Adaptive) ensuring that data and process flows function correctly for G&A and colleagues in other departments, focusing on Expenses and HC. In the short term, investigate methods to extract intelligence from SFDC, NS, and additional sources, organizing, centralizing, and distributing insights across FP&A and relevant partners utilizing tools such as SnowFlake/PowerBI and/or other AI tools.
• Centralize and manage Business and Data KPIs that meet BOD and external requirements.
• Collaborate with Collections and AP teams to project near-term Cash/BS and oversee long-term modeling of BS/CF.
• A minimum of 8 years of progressive FP&A or finance business partner experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or director-level position.
• Previous experience supporting G&A functions (HR, Legal, Finance, IT) within a high-growth SaaS or technology organization is preferred.
• Exceptional skills in financial modeling with advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with Workday Adaptive Planning, NetSuite, or similar EPM/ERP tools is highly preferred.
• Strong business partnership capabilities — able to simplify financial complexities into actionable strategic guidance for non-finance audiences.
• Proven track record of managing multiple stakeholders and navigating competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• High level of intellectual curiosity with a preference for data-driven decision-making.
• Experience in leading and mentoring FP&A analysts or associates.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or CPA is a plus.
