Director, FP&A

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the financial operations of the company

• Manage a comprehensive three-statement operating model

• Take ownership of revenue and cash flow forecasting

• Administer and operate Ditto's Financial Operating System

• Collaborate with the VP of Finance on capital-raising initiatives

• Prepare board reports and oversee commission structure design

⛳️ Requirements

• 8 to 12 years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance

• Proven track record in high-growth environments

• Proficiency in AI technologies

• Practical experience with planning systems

• Strong individual contributor with management experience

• Capability to oversee financial models and maintain cadence
