Director, FP&A, AI Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the company's financial operations.

• Oversee Coursedog's yearly budgeting and financial planning activities.

• Manage monthly forecasting and monitor financial performance.

• Evaluate business performance and offer actionable suggestions.

• Build strong collaborations with business leaders.

• Facilitate monthly budget reviews across functions.

• Create and sustain reporting for executives and the board.

• Manage GTM commission planning, tracking, forecasting, and reporting tasks.

• Collaborate with the Accounting team on procurement-related tasks.

• Lead AI-driven transformation projects within the Finance department.

• Continuously enhance FP&A systems, processes, and reporting structures.

• Act as a reliable financial advisor to executives and functional heads.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of FP&A experience in a high-growth SaaS setting.

• At least 2 years of experience in investment banking or similar rigorous financial training.

• Proven track record in leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.

• Experience collaborating with senior business leaders to guide decision-making using data and financial insights.

• Practical experience with AI tools and automation within financial workflows.

• Strong analytical abilities and systems-thinking skills with an emphasis on process enhancement.

• Excellent attention to detail and dedication to delivering high-quality results.

• Superior written and verbal communication skills.

• Established ability to juggle multiple priorities and adhere to deadlines.

• Experience thriving in a fully remote or distributed organization is advantageous.
