Director, Fleet Purchase and Contract Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee the strategic vision and implementation of vehicle procurement operations throughout the U.S.

• Administer comprehensive fleet purchase demand planning, ensuring alignment with crucial financial and supply chain goals.

• Collaborate with senior fleet vendors to secure optimal pricing and establish strategic partnerships.

• Maintain complete ownership of contract-related data accuracy and guarantee the accessibility of all purchasing information.

• Develop and deliver fleet purchase demand reports and strategic proposals to Senior and C-Suite Leadership.

• Facilitate cross-functional collaborations by creating advanced financial models.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in fleet purchasing, demand planning, supply chain, or a comparable field.

• At least 3 years in a leadership position, overseeing teams and vendor relationships.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or Accounting; an MBA or advanced degree is advantageous.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, particularly Excel.

• Extensive experience utilizing tools such as QuickSight and AWS for advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.

• Outstanding leadership, strategic thinking, and executive communication abilities.

• Results-oriented leader who demonstrates a high level of ownership.
