Director, Financial Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with top financial services firms in the United States and Canada.

• Primarily utilize AI and robust analytical abilities to evaluate company and industry performance.

• Examine industry trends and the actions of specific financial institutions, integrating insights into client presentations and thought leadership initiatives.

• Generate actionable insights, findings, and recommendations for financial services clients based on churn analysis, often incorporating results from other JD Power customer experience benchmark studies.

• Engage in delivering presentations to senior executives at financial institutions.

• Recognize and seek out opportunities to provide tailored solutions to clients.

• Aid in the management and maintenance of assigned products/solutions within the portfolio.

• Support business development initiatives, including identifying sales opportunities, attending meetings, and assisting with proposal development.

• Assist in creating new solutions to address customer needs, collaborating closely with marketing, product management, and practice areas.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in the financial services sector, preferably in banking, in roles such as management, consulting, or in sales/marketing/product positions with a focus on data-intensive and analytical services.

• More than 5 years of experience working in a collaborative environment, from program design to communicating results to executives.

• A Bachelor’s degree is required; advanced degrees or certifications in analytics or business-related fields are preferred.
