• Take charge of and advance the company's working capital strategy, enhancing cash conversion cycle (CCC), Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), and Days Payables Outstanding (DPO).
• Develop and implement a roadmap for exemplary financial operations throughout Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Collaborate with Finance leadership to synchronize working capital performance with overarching financial objectives and strategic goals.
• Oversee comprehensive accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) functions, encompassing billing, collections, cash application, vendor management, and payment execution.
• Propel performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring precise and timely closing processes while maintaining robust internal controls across AR/AP.
• Establish disciplined protocols for vendor prioritization and payment scheduling, balancing liquidity management with vendor relationships.
• Engage cross-functionally to enhance billing accuracy and refine contract structures.
• Spearhead communications and negotiations with key customers and vendors, offering data-driven insights to executive leadership regarding working capital performance.
• 10–15+ years of experience in finance operations, accounting, or related fields, with substantial responsibility for AR/AP and working capital performance.
• Demonstrated success in enhancing cash flow metrics, including decreasing DSO, optimizing DPO, and improving the cash conversion cycle.
• Systems and process-oriented leader, experienced in implementing scalable workflows, controls, and automation solutions.
• Highly skilled in ERP systems and Excel, with experience utilizing BI tools (such as Tableau, Power BI) and automation/AI solutions.
• Strong business insight and comprehension of how operational choices affect cash flow, profitability, and risk.
• Effective communicator and negotiator, capable of managing intricate vendor and customer relationships.
• Operate with agility and accuracy—able to drive results and make decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to accountability and execution.
