Director, Finance – West & South Regions

📋 Description

• Deliver financial guidance and support to delegates from Acelero Learning's West & South Regions.

• Ensure adherence to regulations, precise financial reporting, and effective budget oversight.

• Identify and execute strategies aimed at enhancing financial efficiency and optimizing resource allocation.

• Supervise the Finance Coordinator(s) and collaborate with Support Center teams to streamline financial operations.

• Maintain fiscal integrity and ensure compliance with Head Start Performance Standards and OMB circulars.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in accounting, business, fiscal management, or a related discipline is required; CPA is preferred.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a comparable role.

• Ability to produce GAAP-compliant financial statements using financial software.

• Familiarity with MIP or similar software and report generation is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel.

• Capability to collaborate effectively with diverse groups.

• A strong commitment to the mission and values of Acelero Learning.

• Experience with Head Start is preferred.
