📋 Description

• Take ownership of the Finance Systems roadmap and the overarching architecture strategy for the long term.

• Drive the administration, optimization, and enhancement of ERP systems, consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analytics platforms.

• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Sales leadership to pinpoint opportunities for automation and process enhancements.

• Create and uphold a scalable finance technology ecosystem that supports ongoing growth and acquisitions.

• Ensure that finance systems comply with GAAP, internal controls, audit requirements, and management reporting necessities.

• Lead the Enterprise-wide Data Governance Council and formulate finance data governance policies and standards.

• Act as the Finance Integration Lead for acquired entities.

• Oversee intricate, cross-functional projects that involve systems implementations, process redesign, and integration initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline.

• Over 10 years of progressive experience in Finance Systems, ERP leadership, data governance, or finance transformation.

• More than 5 years of experience leading large-scale ERP implementations or finance transformation projects.

• Proven experience in integrating acquired businesses and their systems.

• Strong background in project and program management.

• Experience in a multi-entity and acquisition-focused environment.

• Profound understanding of finance and accounting processes, including Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Project Accounting, Revenue Recognition, and Percentage-of-Completion Accounting.

• Excellent communication skills and adept at managing stakeholders at the executive level.
