This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee the FP&A operations for the designated Business Unit, which includes monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, ad hoc analyses, and strategic initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and provide constructive feedback and guidance to direct reports.
• Offer training, mentorship, and performance evaluations to Finance personnel.
• Enhance analytics and telemetry to pinpoint efficiency and productivity drivers, thereby improving operating leverage.
• Take ownership of backlog reporting across the organization to aid in prioritizing product activation and optimizing revenue results.
• Develop management reporting that complies with public company and GAAP standards.
• Manage capacity modeling for all Delivery teams.
• Maintain intricate financial models for both monthly forecasting and annual budgeting.
• Potentially extend capacity modeling efforts to other non-Delivery departments.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in Finance.
• Previous experience supporting a Delivery or Services organization is preferred.
• Substantial experience in constructing and maintaining complex financial models.
• Proficient in developing sophisticated dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Management experience leading teams in at least two prior roles.
• Experience in providing support to senior business leadership at the VP level or above.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities.
• High integrity and trustworthiness; capable of managing sensitive and confidential information.
• Ability to effectively present information to C-Suite executives.
• Keen attention to detail and outstanding follow-up abilities.
• Capable of prioritizing and managing various tasks efficiently.
• Self-motivated individual able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Competent in operating a personal computer.
• May need to lift or move items weighing over 10 pounds.
