Director – Field Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Implement and support the Field Services strategy in alignment with Myriad360’s business goals and growth initiatives.

• Develop scalable service delivery models, processes, and best practices to enhance efficiency, consistency, and quality.

• Assess and deploy tools, systems, and methodologies that improve field operations and reporting.

• Lead, mentor, and nurture Field Services managers and team members, promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Identify skill gaps and collaborate with leadership to create and implement targeted training and development programs.

• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and retention efforts to ensure the team is prepared for present and future requirements.

• Standardize workflows and operational procedures to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.

• Develop, track, and report on KPIs related to team performance, utilization, quality, and customer satisfaction.

• Ensure adherence to safety, legal, regulatory, and company standards.

• Collaborate with leadership on pricing inputs, margin management, forecasting, and operational budgeting.

• Act as a senior point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment between service delivery and client expectations.

• Oversee issue resolution and escalations, maintaining strong client relationships and trust.

• Proactively seek opportunities to enhance service delivery and client value.

• Complete ongoing security awareness training and adhere to company policies.

• Identify and escalate security risks to the appropriate leadership and actively support remediation efforts.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline.

• Over 10 years of progressive experience in field services, service delivery, or operations within a technology or services-oriented organization.

• More than 5 years of experience in people leadership, including managing managers or senior technical professionals.

• RCDD or DCDC certification is mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, network solutions, and/or field engineering services.

• Comprehensive understanding of copper and optical cabling methods and standards.

• Proven experience in data center buildouts and large-scale field deployments.

• Demonstrated capability to lead teams, implement operational enhancements, and drive performance through metrics.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.

• Experience in supporting budgeting, forecasting, and margin optimization efforts.

• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, PMO, and Operations teams.

• Willingness to travel 30–40% as required.
