This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.
β’ Directly contribute to revenue generation while enhancing and influencing overall sales performance across the service vertical.
β’ Collaborate with the VP and Business Unit Leader to implement sales strategies, territory coverage models, and performance priorities.
β’ Provide support to sales managers and representatives through coaching, deal strategy, and escalation assistance, while promoting accountability and execution discipline.
β’ Create and implement territory and account plans that align with company objectives.
β’ Maintain and oversee an active pipeline of opportunities, quotes, and orders.
β’ Propel opportunity progression from identification to order execution.
β’ Sustain direct customer relationships and personally engage in key deals, strategic accounts, and complex sales efforts as both a seller and leader.
β’ Build and nurture strong relationships with end users, contracting offices, and program stakeholders.
β’ Conduct regular in-person customer visits, briefings, and solution discussions.
β’ Identify customer needs and translate them into product and service solutions.
β’ Work in conjunction with inside sales, contracts, pricing, and operations teams to facilitate order fulfillment and enhance customer satisfaction.
β’ Keep accurate records in CRM (Salesforce), including forecasts and pipeline reporting.
β’ Over 10 years of experience in field sales leadership within the DoD or Federal markets.
β’ Proven track record of successfully leading quota-carrying sales teams.
β’ In-depth understanding of Federal procurement, contracting, and customer environments.
β’ Previous military service is highly preferred.
β’ A Bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent industry experience.
β’ U.S. citizenship is required. This position necessitates the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
