This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Overseeing and directing the FRM team to ensure effective execution of reimbursement strategies, facilitating patient access to products across all regions.
• Formulating and executing reimbursement strategies to ensure proper coverage and accessibility for the company's products.
• Collaborating closely with healthcare providers, payers, and patients to confirm that products are included in insurance plans.
• Evaluating and authorizing complex reimbursement cases while aiding FRM team members in addressing coverage challenges and issues.
• Keeping track of changes in payer policies to ensure alignment with product reimbursement strategies and collaborating with internal teams to mitigate any potential obstacles.
• Assessing payer trends, pinpointing areas for enhancement, and modifying strategies to ensure the ongoing success of reimbursement initiatives.
• Partnering with external teams to identify and establish funding or financial assistance programs that facilitate patient access to treatments.
• Assisting the team in managing prior authorizations, appeals, and denials, ensuring all essential documentation is submitted promptly and in compliance.
• Analyzing patient-specific cases, identifying challenges, and proposing solutions in partnership with healthcare providers and internal teams.
• Performing both quantitative and qualitative assessments of FRM team activities and delivering comprehensive reports to the VP of Access Operation.
• Based on performance analysis, identifying and implementing enhancements to optimize team performance and improve the overall reimbursement process.
• A bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical reimbursement, managed care, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership position.
• Experience in Immunology and/or Oncology is preferred.
• In-depth understanding of healthcare reimbursement policies and procedures.
• Capability to develop and implement reimbursement strategies effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to interpret data and trends.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team environment.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Salary range of 200-240k + Bonus
