This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon, +1 more state.
• Direct Field Marketing efforts for the Americas while developing and implementing the regional marketing strategy.
• Lead and nurture a geographically diverse field marketing team through professional growth, skills enhancement, and go-to-market (GTM) enablement.
• Cultivate a deep understanding of New Relic’s offerings, market standing, target personas, competitors, and industry trends to refine the Americas marketing strategy.
• Collaborate with regional sales leadership to create quarterly regional plans and partner with EMEA and APJ marketing teams on global projects.
• Establish objectives and KPIs, present updates in regional meetings, and manage programs from start to finish.
• Leverage US-based marketing teams and local collaborators to drive demand and create pipelines across various channels.
• Optimize the mix of channels, assess program effectiveness, support future strategies, and oversee budgets.
• Act as the primary marketing liaison and enablement partner for the Americas sales division.
• Convey marketing strategies, objectives, metrics, and outcomes while aligning with local sales leaders on lead generation and pipeline goals.
• Organize and implement industry tradeshows, executive conferences, New Relic-hosted events, partner events, regional demand generation initiatives, account-based marketing (ABM) programs, and customer-centric content.
• Possess a growth mindset with the capability to implement multi-touch, multi-channel go-to-market strategies.
• Extensive experience collaborating with various sales teams across the Americas.
• Utilize a data-driven approach to gather, analyze, and disseminate program data for pipeline development.
• Strong background in field marketing, demand generation, and operational/analytical roles within the B2B enterprise SaaS sector.
• Proven second-line leadership experience with success in managing dotted-line relationships.
• Established record of directly partnering with executive sales leadership.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Marketo Marketing Automation platforms is essential.
• Experience in developing and executing account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns and executive engagement programs for enterprise and strategic markets.
• Willingness to travel throughout the region.
