This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the development, implementation, and assessment of field leadership functional and technical capability enhancement programs for Otsuka's field sales leaders.
• Collaborate with field sales and matrix team leadership, business unit leaders, sales managers, and HR partners to provide leadership development training, experiences, and exposure.
• Create, develop, and facilitate field leadership development initiatives and processes.
• Consult with leaders in commercial business units to identify functional, technical, leadership, and developmental requirements.
• Recommend and ensure support, engagement, and alignment for developmental initiatives.
• Address the evolving workforce needs and critical leadership behaviors necessary for engaged, successful, and inclusive teams.
• Enhance learning experiences by applying adult learning principles, systems thinking, and creative problem-solving techniques.
• Evaluate field leadership gaps and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to devise solutions.
• Assist in the development of high-potential field candidates and monitor adherence to individual development plans.
• Deliver training through various modalities.
• Collaborate with external vendors and oversee budgets and vendor agreements.
• Work alongside HR to ensure alignment with corporate leadership development programs.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in training and development, leadership development, or related transferable fields.
• Proficiency in the functional and technical skills essential for field leaders, encompassing business acumen, data analysis, market access knowledge, strategic business planning, and strategic account management.
• A bachelor's degree is required; a master's degree or relevant continued education is preferred.
• Strategic and systems thinking abilities.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.

• Experience in leading teams as a first- or second-line manager.
• Extensive knowledge of sales, market access, and home office operations.

• Extensive experience in facilitating leadership capability development programs.
• Capability to manage multiple projects with detailed coordination and program management.
