This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Champion a seamless, customer-centric approach across all pods.
• Ensure the consistent and efficient delivery of Therakos’ value proposition.
• Guarantee that Therakos presents a unified front to the customer.
• Lead through collaboration and influence rather than through formal authority.
• Cultivate strong partnerships within the Pod(s) and with functional leaders to align priorities and address challenges.
• Utilize data-driven insights to inform decisions regarding resource allocation, timelines, and risk management.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to track Pod performance and customer experience metrics.
• Advocate for the creation, deployment, and utilization of enabling technologies such as Veeva, Power BI, and related AI tools.
• Act as the coordinating point for assigned accounts, proactively identifying risks, alleviating friction, and ensuring timely follow-up across the Pod.
• Establish and maintain an account health operating rhythm, including regular touchpoints, open-issue logs, action tracking, and clear ownership with deadlines to prevent issues from escalating.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Medical, and Service teams to triage customer needs early, clarify next steps, and align on expected timelines and communications.
• Synthesize customer feedback and operational insights to drive improvements in processes, training, tooling, and performance metrics, escalating only when threshold criteria are reached.
• Align Pod strategies with corporate goals and priorities.
• Drive scenario and account planning for growth and lifecycle management.
• Create and implement cross-Pod collaboration and continuous improvement processes.
• Foster transparency, knowledge sharing, and best practices across regions and functions.
• Drive Pod planning, execution, reflection, and adjustments through a deep understanding of customer needs and best-in-class internal and external capabilities.
• Proactively identify and eliminate Pod bottlenecks, ensuring accountability for execution across all Pods.
• Ensure that critical information is communicated within and across Pods, maintaining compliant communication and documentation.
• Implement conflict resolution frameworks to manage Pod friction and ensure unification.
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, engineering, or business; advanced degree preferred.
• 5-10+ years of experience in biotech/pharma.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in building and deploying decision-support capabilities.
• Proven ability to lead through influence in a matrixed environment.
• Experience in developing and implementing best-in-class customer-facing processes.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
