This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as Excentium's leading subject matter expert on FedRAMP 20x strategy, policy updates, and the changing landscape of federal cloud authorization.
• Represent Excentium at industry conferences, federal working groups, and various forums to enhance the company's visibility and influence.
• Create and disseminate thought leadership materials — including whitepapers, articles, presentations, and social media content — that establish Excentium as a prominent voice within the FedRAMP community.
• Provide guidance to Excentium's CPS practice regarding the latest FedRAMP requirements, assessment trends, and service positioning to maintain current and competitive offerings.
• Utilize established relationships with federal agencies — especially within the VA and the federal health IT sector — to identify and cultivate viable opportunities across CPS advisory and Public Sector delivery.
• Foster connections with federal Authorizing Officials, ISSOs, CISOs, and program leaders to build a pipeline and prepare Excentium for emerging requirements.
• Assist in capture efforts by supplying market insights, stakeholder mapping, and relationship access that enhance Excentium's competitive edge.
• Collaborate with leads from the CPS and Public Sector Business Units to ensure market development activities result in a qualified, actionable pipeline.
• Direct the development and implementation of Excentium's external marketing strategy, encompassing digital presence, LinkedIn, conference participation, and targeted outreach initiatives.
• Build and sustain Excentium's brand identity within the FedRAMP 20x and federal cybersecurity communities to accurately reflect the company's capabilities and two-decade history.
• Create engaging capability statements, one-pagers, and market-facing materials that set Excentium apart from its competitors.
• Seek out and pursue speaking engagements, panel opportunities, and industry interactions that enhance Excentium's visibility.
• At least 5 years of direct experience in federal FedRAMP program management, cloud authorization, or related roles in federal cybersecurity.
• Proven experience working within or in conjunction with a federal agency Authorization to Operate (ATO) program, including direct engagement with Authorizing Officials, ISSOs, and Cloud Service Providers.
• Extensive knowledge of NIST RMF, FedRAMP authorization procedures, continuous monitoring, and the latest FedRAMP 20x modernization initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to articulate complex cybersecurity and compliance concepts to executive-level federal stakeholders.
• A well-established network within the federal FedRAMP, cloud security, or federal health IT fields.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record of producing compelling external-facing content.
