This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Assist JLL’s Integrated Facility Management group as part of an account-focused team
• Oversee the operations teams tasked with managing client facilities
• Address and resolve client escalations within the designated regional facilities
• Guarantee the high-quality delivery of Facility Management Operations while supporting other JLL service lines
• Ensure that contract deliverables are achieved or surpassed, including uptime, cost savings, energy reduction, service enhancements, and implementation of best practices
• Direct the efficient operation and maintenance of steam, chilled water, and compressed-air utility systems
• Examine trends and data to foresee and proactively manage client-environment challenges
• Collaborate with senior client management, vendors, and personnel throughout the organization
• Utilize data and analytics to present solutions and assist in decision-making
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure service quality
• Supervise JLL Engineering personnel
• Track work requests from JLL, the client, and vendors
• Enhance vendor quality and services while minimizing costs; ensure vendors adhere to contract obligations
• Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients; handle conflicts, complaints, and service issues effectively
• Manage regular interactions with regional client teams
• Provide oversight for contract compliance and quality control
• Support the JLL Engineering compliance program and ensure adherence to relevant codes, specifications, standards, policies, and regulations
• Oversee project and operations budgets
• Prepare comprehensive scopes of work, project cost estimates, and both regular and ad-hoc reports
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or a comparable mix of education and experience
• At least 5–10 years of pertinent experience
• Demonstrated experience in team management
• Strong technical understanding of building systems
• Capability to multitask and efficiently organize responsibilities to meet goals and objectives
• Self-driven and capable of working independently
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Knowledge of applicable codes and specifications
• Proficiency in managing budgets for both projects and operations
• Experience in preparing scopes of work, project cost estimates, and both regular and ad-hoc reports
