• Take ownership of the design and implementation of AlphaSense’s comprehensive executive search function.
• Lead the entire search process for VP, SVP, and C-suite positions.
• Conduct and commission in-depth market mapping and competitive analysis.
• Create engaging and personalized outreach to senior passive candidates.
• Evaluate and assess candidates for leadership potential and cultural fit.
• Ensure a premium candidate experience and maintain meticulous ATS records.
• Act as a trusted talent advisor to the Executive Leadership Team and People leadership.
• Collaborate closely with senior executives and hiring managers.
• Advocate for inclusive hiring practices at the executive level.
• Contribute to succession planning and long-term organizational design.
• 12+ years of experience in executive or senior-level recruiting.
• Proven success in placing candidates at the VP level and above across various functions.
• Experience in designing or revamping an executive search operating model.
• Proficient in AI-driven talent intelligence and sourcing tools.
• Strong executive presence with the capability to advise and influence at the C-suite level.
• Expert in sourcing: mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter, talent intelligence platforms, and Boolean search techniques.
• Data-oriented: adept at building and analyzing talent acquisition metrics.
• High level of discretion and professionalism in managing sensitive information.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
