
Director, Executive Programs – Global Engagement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Define and spearhead FICO’s global executive engagement strategy across key accounts in EMEA, LAC, APAC, and the Americas
• Oversee global VIP customer initiatives, executive sponsorships, executive dinners, roundtable discussions, Customer Advisory Boards, Innovation Days, and customer summits
• Design and implement global Customer Advisory Board programs, including nominations, agendas, facilitation, and follow-up
• Create and manage the global executive engagement calendar in collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, and field marketing
• Ensure alignment of executive engagement with pipeline, retention, and account plans for FICO’s top 20–30 strategic accounts
• Manage global event and sponsorship budgets while demonstrating return on investment
• Supervise executive-facing thought leadership content, newsletters, briefing materials, CAB presentations, and event-related content
• Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks for executive engagement and sponsorship ROI
• Utilize Salesforce to monitor engagement and provide quarterly reports to senior leadership
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Executive Programs team
• Establish scalable processes and playbooks to ensure consistent execution across different regions
• Proven ability to create and implement global executive engagement or customer marketing strategies in a B2B enterprise context, with clear evidence of business impact
• Extensive experience leading C-suite engagement initiatives, VIP customer programs, executive events, and large-scale sponsorship programs
• Ideally experienced within a global technology or financial services organization
• Strong grasp of B2B marketing principles
• Experience collaborating with Sales and Customer Success to enhance pipeline, retention, and account growth
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to engage credibly with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders across various cultures and time zones
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating executive-level content and messaging
• Strong analytical aptitude and comfort in using CRM and campaign data to assess program effectiveness
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex, high-priority global programs simultaneously
• Experience in managing and developing team members
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline
• Familiarity with account-based marketing and Salesforce CRM
• Knowledge of Asana, Tableau, and Seismic is an advantage
