This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the comprehensive executive engagement and field marketing strategy in line with company objectives, target segments, account-based marketing goals, and customer lifecycle phases.
• Create and oversee a structured engagement portfolio that encompasses VANTAGE, Leadership Exchanges, executive programs, customer gatherings, tradeshows, regional field events, and webinars.
• Formulate and spearhead Elite's field engagement strategy in collaboration with Sales and Marketing leadership.
• Develop region-specific and account-based engagement initiatives that foster pipeline growth, enhance customer retention, and cultivate executive relationships.
• Convert business objectives into engagement roadmaps with distinct goals, target audiences, success metrics, and anticipated business results.
• Identify avenues to amplify Elite's market presence through unique and impactful experiences.
• Facilitate the integration of executive engagement programs, events, demand generation, and customer marketing strategies.
• Direct the strategy and execution of VANTAGE User Conferences and Leadership Exchanges on a global scale.
• Create executive and VIP experiences that promote peer engagement and reinforce C-level relationships.
• Personally craft and present executive-level presentations, including keynotes, boardroom discussions, and customer-facing presentations, in partnership with Product Marketing and executive leadership to develop compelling narratives and thought leadership content.
• Act as host, moderator, or facilitator for flagship sessions, executive roundtables, leadership exchanges, webinars, and virtual events to guarantee high-quality, engaging experiences.
• Ensure a premium, personalized attendee experience across all flagship and executive programs.
• Produce executive-ready materials, such as briefings, scripts, presentations, and post-event summaries.
• Manage and lead the comprehensive execution of events, including operations, production, logistics, staffing, and on-site delivery of experiences.
• Establish booth strategies, engagement models, and programming that align with pipeline and customer engagement objectives.
• Oversee budgets, vendors, timelines, contracts, and scalable operational processes.
• Design, develop, and expand AI-powered capabilities across engagement programs, encompassing event intelligence, invitation orchestration, webinar production, executive follow-up, post-event conversion, and ROI analysis to enhance reach and efficiency.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support departmental and company goals.
• Define and monitor engagement and event KPIs, including pipeline influence, sourced revenue, customer engagement, retention effects, and ROI.
• Provide executive-ready reporting, insights, and recommendations to leadership.
• Transform performance insights into actionable enhancements across content strategy, experience design, audience engagement, and execution.
• Serve as a strategic collaborator with Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Advisory Services, and Executive Leadership.
• Lead cross-functional alignment across stakeholder groups and manage relationships with internal teams, agency partners, and vendors.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
• 8-10+ years of experience in B2B event marketing, field marketing, executive engagement, or integrated demand generation programs, including oversight of large-scale conferences and executive initiatives.
• Proven success as a hands-on event leader—personally developing presentations, overseeing event execution, and hosting or facilitating executive-level discussions.
• Strong comprehension of enterprise sales cycles, account-based engagement, and customer lifecycle marketing.
• Demonstrated proficiency in event strategy, experience design, and operational execution at scale.
• Experience collaborating with executive stakeholders and presenting to senior leadership.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven experience utilizing AI and automation to scale event or marketing programs, including applications in content creation, audience engagement, and performance optimization.
• Willingness to travel 10–25% as business needs dictate.
• Role requires the following physical capacity: Sedentary: primarily desk/computer work.
