This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Develop execution capabilities at an enterprise level across a range of initiatives, products, and programs.

• Establish governance frameworks, standards, coaching, talent development, and practices for continuous improvement.

• Lead and nurture a team of Release Train Engineers, Scrum Masters, and other professionals focused on execution.

• Spearhead and maintain enterprise Agile transformation initiatives utilizing SAFe principles and practices.

• Create and enhance execution governance, operating rhythms, metrics, and best practices within delivery environments.

• Provide guidance and coaching to leaders, teams, and stakeholders on execution methodologies and value delivery.

• Build and advance Communities of Practice to cultivate execution capabilities and encourage knowledge sharing.

• Assist teams in implementing Agile, predictive, hybrid, or flow-based methodologies to achieve desired business outcomes.

• Collaborate with senior leaders to identify obstacles, optimize execution efficiency, and improve delivery performance.

• Set forth operating policies and procedures that impact departments and subordinate sections.

• Formulate budgets, schedules, and performance standards.

• Domestic travel required up to 15%.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• At least 7 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in people leadership.

• Current SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) certification is mandatory.

• Extensive knowledge of SAFe principles, Lean-Agile leadership, value stream thinking, and organizational change management.

• Strong skills in coaching, facilitation, stakeholder management, and executive communication.

• Capability to balance governance, agility, and execution discipline.

• Experience in transformation settings transitioning from waterfall to Agile methodologies.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

• Must possess authorization to work in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is unavailable.

• Up to 15% domestic travel required.

• Proficient in using a personal computer, relevant software applications, and office equipment for extended periods.
