This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Oversee the complete events function for the EverPro multi-brand portfolio.
• Manage a dedicated in-house team of eight events managers and planners.
• Develop and execute the events strategy, maintaining the annual events calendar, budget, and measurement framework.
• Coordinate over 130 tradeshows, regional shows, and field events annually.
• Establish standards for booth strategy, staffing, lead capture, execution, and follow-up processes.
• Create repeatable playbooks and manage relationships with vendors.
• Plan and execute various user conferences, including venue selection, agenda creation, content development, speaker coordination, sponsorship management, and on-site production.
• Lead the planning for a significant industry event, coordinating cross-functional participation, sponsorship strategies, and executive presence.
• Oversee the Sales Kickoff from start to finish, managing content flow, logistics, venue selection, and overall attendee experience.
• Take charge of Presidents Club activities from inception to completion, including location selection, budget management, guest experience, and logistics.
• Mentor and develop the events team, effectively distributing workload across the event calendar.
• Manage relationships with venues, production partners, booth builders, and travel vendors.
• Ensure budget efficiency for events and track metrics such as cost per lead, cost per opportunity, pipeline impact, revenue influence, and retention rates.
• Create post-event reports and present performance insights to leadership.
• Collaborate with sales, product marketing, brand, customer marketing, and finance teams.
• Align events with pipeline objectives, product launches, customer lifecycle events, and internal culture-building initiatives.
• Guarantee consistent, high-quality experiences across tradeshows, conferences, and executive events.
• 10+ years of experience in event marketing or event management.
• 3–5+ years of experience in leading and developing teams.
• Demonstrated success managing a high-volume tradeshow calendar (100+ events per year) across diverse brands, verticals, or regions.
• Direct experience in owning flagship programs from start to finish, including user conferences, large industry events, internal sales kickoffs, or incentive/Presidents Club trips.
• Strong skills in budget management and vendor relations.
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing in-house teams.
• Experience in managing agencies and vendor partners to achieve results.
• Exceptional executive communication skills with the ability to collaborate with Sales and executive leadership.
• Preferred: experience in SMB-focused SaaS, subscription models, or multi-brand portfolio businesses.
• Preferred: knowledge of home, field, or professional services industries.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous situations with a proactive approach.
• Experience with event management, registration, and reporting platforms.
• Familiarity with integrating event data into CRM and pipeline reporting.
• Must be eligible to work without sponsorship.
• Significant travel to tradeshows, user conferences, Sales Kickoff, Presidents Club, and other events across North America may be necessary.
• Travel to the Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado may be required.
