This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the strategy and execution of division events: Take ownership of tradeshows, hosted events, conferences, and executive experiences that align with division priorities. Transform enterprise event strategies and division go-to-market plans into scalable event programs and operational processes.
• Oversee the division event team: Guide team prioritization, performance management, coaching, and workflow execution. Provide support to both remote and in-person team members.
• Drive the division event ROI strategy: Establish lead tracking, attribution, and ROI reporting requirements that align with division objectives. Collaborate with Sales Operations and Revenue teams to develop measurement frameworks and sales handoff processes. Ensure accountability for event execution against ROI targets and conduct post-event analyses.
• Manage division event budgets: Supervise forecasting, reconciliation, vendor management, and budget accountability. Identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
• Oversee the division event portfolio: Take responsibility for the event calendar, prioritization, staffing, and resource allocation. Lead operational oversight for division events and escalate any strategic, reputational, or budgetary risks to the Head of Events.
• Act as the division events partner: Serve as the primary point of contact for division leadership, sales teams, and brand partners. Ensure alignment of event strategy with the division's overarching goals and business outcomes.
• Promote operational excellence: Identify and implement process enhancements, workflows, and systems that facilitate the scalability of division event execution.
• 8-12+ years of experience in experiential marketing, tradeshow management, hosted events, or event leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to manage event portfolios within complex enterprise environments.
• Strong operational and project management capabilities; proficiency in ROI tracking, reporting, and the development of scalable workflows.
• Experience in people management; skilled in leading, coaching, and developing teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Proven experience managing budgets, vendors, and cross-functional partnerships.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, event technology platforms, and marketing automation tools.
• Capacity to operate independently while remaining aligned with enterprise strategy.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Willingness to travel: 25-40% based on the event calendar and business requirements.
