Director, ETS Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide strategic and hands-on management of the Processing function across all sites and vendor collaborations.

• Lead initiatives for continuous improvement to enhance workflows and implement best practices.

• Serve as the primary escalation point for urgent or complex processing challenges.

• Collaborate closely with leaders from various groups to ensure seamless integration of end-to-end eDiscovery workflows.

• Develop and enhance departmental KPIs and SLAs to monitor and evaluate performance.

• Guide, mentor, and empower a distributed team of Processing Managers and technical specialists.

• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and flexibility.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in eDiscovery or a related field within legal technology.

• Extensive hands-on expertise with processing workflows and tools (e.g., Nuix, Relativity/RelativityOne).

• Demonstrated ability to utilize modern eDiscovery platforms while staying updated on industry trends.

• Proven experience in driving process enhancements and implementing organizational change.

• Proficient in data-driven decision-making and problem-solving in high-pressure environments.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
