This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• The Director of Epic Maintenance offers strategic and operational guidance for the team responsible for providing outstanding member-specific support and continuous maintenance for OCHIN's clinical Epic applications, which encompass ambulatory, acute care, pharmacy, laboratory, and ancillary applications.
• Uphold high standards of excellence in service delivery and member partnerships.
• Ensure that solutions lead to measurable enhancements in member success and care delivery.
• Align resources and processes to optimize efficiency and impact, while prioritizing both member and team member experiences.
• Propel improvements in processes, workflows, and service models to address changing needs.
• Communicate and implement the organizational strategy within the Epic Maintenance Team.
• Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing service delivery and operational efficiency.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field is required; a Master's Degree in a healthcare field is preferred.
• Epic certification(s) and/or leadership experience in supporting clinical Epic applications is preferred.
• Relevant application experience includes Ambulatory Clinical, Inpatient Clinical (ClinDoc, Long-Term Care, Stork, Beacon, OpTime/Anesthesia, ASAP), Willow Ambulatory, Willow Inpatient, Laboratory/Beaker, Radiant Imaging, Cupid, and associated clinical modules.
• A minimum of seven (7) years of progressive advancement in the field.
• At least five (5) years of management experience or leadership roles within technical teams is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint; Smartsheet; Tableau; and Salesforce is preferred.
