This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Establishing and implementing corporate policies for inventory control and management
• Collaborating with the Customer Experience Planning team to manage inventory effectively
• Ensuring that facilities are equipped with adequate warehouse space and optimized layouts
• Enhancing inventory control processes while minimizing slow-moving and obsolete inventory
• Defining and documenting standards for warehouse operating systems and processes
• Developing plans for the implementation of Warehouse Management Systems
• Assisting with projects focused on production and/or warehouse automation
• Creating monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) for warehouse operations
• Offering training and troubleshooting support for inventory and warehouse procedures
• Leading initiatives for continuous improvement and cost-saving efforts in inventory management
• Engaging in all training sessions and adhering to safety protocols
• Certification or a Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
• Three to five years of relevant experience in inventory management activities
• Five to eight years of relevant experience in warehouse management activities
• Proven experience in supporting or implementing process improvements
• Certification or experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
• Proficiency in deploying continuous improvement projects across cross-functional teams
