• Lead and manage strategic transformation initiatives for Forbes Global 2000 industrial companies.

• Collaborate closely with CTOs, Chief Digital Officers, and VPs of Engineering.

• Develop the C-level engagement playbook and establish the supporting team as the function expands.

• Function at the crossroads of strategy, technology, and commercial results.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in strategy or implementation consulting.

• Proven experience in the industrial sector, including automotive, aerospace, industrial equipment, electronics, medical devices, and energy.

• Established history of initiating and shaping multi-million-dollar transformation initiatives with C-level executives.

• Strong executive presence and consultative selling skills.

• Proficiency in English is required; German is a significant advantage; must be willing to travel throughout Europe and to the US for key accounts.
