This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +2 more states.
• Accountable for driving revenue growth across all channels for Alteryx.
• Implement growth strategies encompassing sales, consulting services, and educational offerings.
• Mentor the sales team on the sales methodologies adopted by the company to ensure prospects and customers experience value swiftly.
• Accompany sales teams in the field during joint sales calls.
• Establish and evaluate the performance and sales objectives of the sales team.
• Collaborate with sales teams to achieve KPIs and goals in daily operations, sales, and enhanced product knowledge.
• Conduct group Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Oversee the recruitment and hiring processes for staff.
• Manage enterprise sales opportunities, including implementation plans that involve coordinating internal and/or external professional services.
• Interpret and comply with sales policies while advising sales teams on their application.
• Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts to management.
• Proven expertise in at least three industries and/or market segments.
• Exhibits leadership along with exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in software sales.
• Over 4 years of experience managing sales teams of 5-7 members.
• Established ability to inspire and motivate team members.
• Proven success in small or rapidly growing company settings.
• Demonstrated experience in consistently meeting sales targets.
• Strong understanding of strategic sales techniques in a high-transaction environment, particularly within the software industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
