Director, Enterprise Platforms – Oracle HCM

📋 Description

• The Director of Enterprise Platforms is responsible for overseeing the operational integrity, security, scalability, and continuous development of Envision’s enterprise SaaS platforms, which include Oracle Fusion Cloud and UKG Pro WFM.

• This role guarantees that the platforms operate as dependable, well-designed enterprise systems that facilitate business operations in a regulated healthcare setting.

• This position encompasses the entire platform lifecycle, covering architecture, release readiness, integrations, operational stability, and ongoing enhancements.

• The Director supervises a team within the platform organization that includes engineering, architecture, delivery, and management roles.

• This role collaborates closely with HRIS, Finance/Accounting IS, and operational stakeholders while maintaining clear accountability for platform results, technical choices, and engineering standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive technical knowledge in Oracle Fusion Cloud architecture and platform operations, covering HCM, Payroll, Time & Labor, ERP, and related modules, with the capability to provide strategic oversight rather than day-to-day configuration.

• Strong comprehension of enterprise engineering and delivery practices within SaaS environments, including platform stability, scalability, release management, and operational excellence.

• Demonstrated success in leading and developing large, senior technical organizations composed of multiple teams led by managers or team leaders in mission-critical environments.

• Proven ability to collaborate, communicate, and effectively influence across technical teams, business partners, and executive leadership to drive alignment and achieve outcomes.

• Experience in highly regulated environments, with a strong preference for healthcare, including knowledge of compliance, audit, and security requirements.

• Background in managing non-Oracle enterprise SaaS platforms (e.g., workforce management or scheduling systems like UKG) as part of a broader Enterprise Platforms or shared services organization.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Sciences, or a related discipline is required, with a Master’s degree preferred.

• At least 10 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud is required, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership position, covering multiple modules such as ERP, HCM, Payroll, Oracle Time and Labor, EPM, and PPM.

• Experience supporting healthcare or clinician-heavy enterprises is strongly preferred.

• Experience assisting large, complex organizations with 10,000+ employees, including multi-state operations, intricate payroll structures, and cross-jurisdiction tax and workforce considerations.

• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services, including Autonomous Transaction Processing (ATP) and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), within an enterprise SaaS ecosystem.

• Knowledge of enterprise SaaS platforms outside of Oracle, such as workforce management or scheduling systems (e.g., UKG), along with their integration and operational aspects.
