This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.
• The Director of Enterprise Innovation & Launch is tasked with enhancing SSI’s capability to transition solutions from concept to market adoption efficiently, consistently, and with measurable outcomes.
• This position is instrumental in forming the Enterprise Transformation Office (ETO), which facilitates swift innovation.
• Ensure readiness across the organization and alignment post-launch by coordinating Sales, Marketing, Client Relations, Support, and Professional Services to guarantee consistent implementation, adoption, support, and operational follow-through.
• Develop and uphold a standardized, phase-gated launch framework, including tollgates, entry/exit criteria, and success metrics.
• Monitor progress, recognize risks, and foster accountability to sustain momentum.
• Establish and manage a lean, cross-functional Proof of Concept (POC) capability to swiftly evaluate new ideas and opportunities.
• Oversee enterprise project coordination for priority initiatives in alignment with ETO governance.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering solutions from concept to General Availability (GA).
• Strong leadership across functions and adept coordination with stakeholders.
• Ability to influence outcomes effectively without relying on formal authority.
• Robust analytical and reporting skills.
• Background in healthcare technology is essential.
• Must possess the ability to see clearly with or without corrective lenses and hear clearly with or without aids.
• Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
• Preferred 3–5+ years of experience in revenue cycle management (RCM).
• Familiarity with tools such as ADO, Aha!, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Experience in interoperability, clearinghouse, or payment solutions is preferred.
• Standardize launch and innovation methodologies across solutions to minimize variability and enhance predictability, release velocity, and scalability throughout the organization.

• Create, implement, and uphold secure operational processes, procedures, and routines.
• Actively contribute to the safeguarding of company assets and system & data resources.
• Identify, report, and take necessary actions to mitigate security risks.
• Develop, implement, test, and refine backup strategies for operational processes, procedures, and routines.
