This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Define and uphold the enterprise architecture framework across business, application, data, and infrastructure domains.
• Establish architecture standards, reference models, and governance processes.
• Lead architecture review boards and guarantee compliance throughout various initiatives.
• Promote simplification, standardization, and reduction of technical debt.
• Develop and implement a multi-year technology strategy that aligns with business objectives.
• Convert business priorities into actionable architecture and investment plans.
• Identify emerging technologies and evaluate their potential business impacts.
• Spearhead modernization efforts in areas such as cloud, data platforms, AI, and security.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, including CIO, CTO, CISO, and business leaders, to shape overall strategy.
• Serve as a trusted advisor regarding technology investments and trade-offs.
• Ensure that architecture enhances customer experience, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.
• Assess and rationalize technology vendors and platforms.
• Foster strategic partnerships with key providers, such as those in cloud, security, and SaaS.
• Mitigate vendor sprawl and optimize total cost of ownership.
• Build and lead a high-performing enterprise architecture team.
• Define roles, skill sets, and career progression for architects.
• Establish federated or centralized EA operating models as needed.
• Encourage a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• 12–15+ years of experience in IT, with a strong background in enterprise architecture or technology strategy.
• Proven leadership experience managing senior architects or cross-functional teams.
• In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, along with modern architectures.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity, data architecture, and enterprise systems.
• Experience in leading large-scale transformation initiatives.
