Director, Enterprise Applications

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the strategy, governance, implementation, and support of the SAP-focused enterprise application portfolio.

• Act as the enterprise applications leader for SAP SD and the complete Order-to-Cash processes.

• Direct SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud initiatives.

• Establish governance frameworks across systems integrators and external vendors.

• Manage integrations between SAP and other partner systems.

• Collaborate with Finance and Accounting to facilitate integration between SAP SD and Finance.

• Promote process simplification and modernize operational practices.

• Ensure that delivery practices meet regulatory standards.

• Develop and oversee the enterprise applications portfolio.

• Take ownership of KPIs to assess system health and performance.

• Communicate the application strategy and status updates to stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required; Master's degree is preferred.

• Over 10 years of relevant experience.

• Extensive experience with SAP SD and the complete Order-to-Cash processes.

• Strong background in delivering SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud solutions.

• Experience in leading integrations between SAP and third-party systems.

• Familiarity with SAP Finance integration points.

• Experience working in an FDA-regulated environment.

• Proven track record of managing enterprise-wide projects.

• Strong understanding of comprehensive business processes.

• Demonstrated ability to lead large and complex initiatives.

• Excellent judgment in balancing speed, quality, compliance, and operational stability.

• In-depth understanding of KPIs, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making.
