Director, Enterprise AI Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Lead Cint's AI Transformation Office, overseeing the strategy, roadmap, and operational model for integrating AI.

• Emphasize measurable business outcomes: enhanced workflows, reduced cycle times, improved quality, and increased productivity.

• Manage the transformation portfolio and value framework, ensuring that AI initiatives yield quantifiable operational changes.

• Responsible for ensuring that AI transformation efforts have defined outcomes, accountable owners, governance structures, dependencies, adoption plans, and measurement criteria.

• Provide clear updates for executive leadership, ensuring that the AI transformation is visible, measurable, and credible.

• Proven experience in driving significant tech or operational transformations.

• Background in AI-native companies or organizations acknowledged as early adopters of AI.

• Strong literacy in understanding AI terminology and architecture is essential.

• Practical experience with AI experimentation.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with highly technical leaders.

• Comfortable working in contemporary tech environments (e.g., GSuite, Slack).

• Adaptable to undefined and rapidly changing environments.

• Demonstrated ability to overcome organizational resistance.

• Excellent judgment and outstanding communication skills.
