This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and execute strategies within Enterprise Accounts that are in line with the organization's overarching goals. This includes establishing objectives, targets, and performance metrics for the department.
• Lead and manage a team of Enterprise Account Executives across the region, which may involve recruitment, training, and performance assessments.
• Ensure the smooth and effective functioning of all business operations, encompassing sales, marketing, finance, and customer service.
• Develop and oversee budgets, track financial performance, and make necessary adjustments to meet financial objectives.
• Recognize growth opportunities and devise strategies to enhance the organization's market presence, which may entail market analysis, competitor research, and partnership development.
• Foster and strengthen relationships with key customers, clients, and partners.
• Provide consistent reports and updates to senior management regarding performance, challenges, and opportunities within the segment.
• Identify and address potential risks, including financial, operational, and legal aspects.
• Establish performance targets and standards, regularly evaluate progress, and implement improvements as necessary.
• Manage and resolve conflicts, issues, and disputes that may occur.
• A Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or a related field, or equivalent years of professional experience.
• Over 5 years of recent experience in the automotive sector.
• More than 3 years of experience in leading and managing high-performing teams.
