Director, Engineering Sciences – Environmental Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Outstanding analytical abilities, problem-solving expertise, communication proficiency, and creativity are essential qualities for thriving professionals at Secretariat.

• Experience with a variety of water and wastewater treatment processes, food and beverage production, and other consumer goods.

• Attracting and securing new business opportunities for Secretariat in both expert witness services and strategic consulting.

• Contributing to the expansion of Secretariat’s Environmental Engineering practice by recruiting skilled personnel.

• Mentoring and fostering the development of Environmental Engineering staff.

• Overseeing project management and budget considerations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven history of business development and a solid existing client portfolio.

• Necessary professional qualifications and approximately 10 years of industry experience.

• PhD or MS degree in Environmental Engineering or Environmental Science.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Prior experience in testifying during depositions, trials, arbitrations, or hearings.

• Exceptional expert report writing abilities to enhance analytical insights.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent listening, verbal, written, technical, and presentation capabilities.

• A willingness to lead additional tasks related to a growing practice.

• The capability to travel when necessary.
