Director, Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Deliver strategic and operational guidance for software engineering, enterprise integrations, automation, and AI capabilities.

• Create and nurture high-performing engineering teams while providing secure, scalable technology solutions.

• Set engineering standards that align with NAPA's business objectives.

• Collaborate with Technology and business sectors to enhance innovation and operational effectiveness.

• Outline and implement the engineering roadmap in accordance with business and technology priorities.

• Develop engineering standards and adopt modern development methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline is required.

• Over 10 years of progressive experience in engineering.

• More than 5 years of leadership experience overseeing engineering managers and technical teams.

• Proven experience in leading large-scale technology projects and managing complex engineering organizations.

• A track record of successfully developing engineering strategies and delivering enterprise technology solutions.
