This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Take ownership of the complete delivery process for customer engagements, ensuring exceptional quality, timely execution, and adherence to budget constraints.
• Act as the main liaison for customers and partners, fostering robust relationships and effectively managing expectations.
• Lead the implementation process from initial mobilization to final deployment, encompassing resource planning, governance, and compliance with Coupa methodologies.
• Manage risks, issues, and escalations proactively, driving resolutions and keeping projects aligned with timelines (“path to green”).
• Supervise financial performance across various projects, including forecasting, ensuring contract compliance, and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Serve as the executive sponsor for a portfolio of engagements, providing support to stakeholders, guiding strategic direction, and ensuring successful overall delivery.
• Over 10 years of experience in systems applications consulting (internal IT, consulting firm, or software provider), with at least 5 years in program or project leadership positions.
• Extensive experience in managing and executing complex projects, including planning, tracking progress, and collaborating with executive/C-suite stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of interpreting intricate data and deriving clear insights.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the capacity to influence stakeholders and cultivate relationships at all levels.
• High degree of ownership, initiative, and adaptability, exhibiting strong prioritization skills and professionalism.
• Familiarity with SaaS and enterprise applications (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday); experience in Business Spend Management is an advantage.
