This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Oversee intricate client implementation projects from their inception to go-live and stabilization, ensuring that delivery commitments are fulfilled within the agreed-upon scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
• Implement and reinforce the organization's delivery framework, governance protocols, and implementation benchmarks while pinpointing opportunities to enhance delivery performance and client results.
• Act as the primary accountable party for DDI program results, encompassing delivery scope, timeline, budget, quality, governance, risk management, and executive decision-making.
• Cultivate and maintain trusted relationships with senior-level clients through open communication, proactive issue resolution, and alignment with strategic business goals.
• Guide clients and delivery teams through complex changes, competing priorities, and delivery uncertainties while ensuring focus on program objectives and client confidence.
• Supervise implementation delivery across Business Services and IT Services, coordinating internal teams, client teams, product, engineering, operations, and third-party partners to fulfill program commitments.
• Establish and lead program governance, which includes client kickoff activities, recurring client status meetings, executive steering updates, delivery excellence forums, RAID management, dependency tracking, and decision documentation.
• Serve as the senior escalation point for delivery issues for both client and internal leadership, ensuring timely resolution of risks, issues, blockers, and decisions that may impact scope, timeline, budget, quality, or contractual obligations.
• Facilitate cross-functional delivery meetings to align priorities, manage interdependencies, address uncertainties, and hold teams accountable for achieving milestones, delivering quality outputs, and resolving issues.
• Review and approve program schedules, staffing plans, financial forecasts, executive dashboards, client and internal status reports, and corrective action plans to ensure accurate visibility into delivery health.
• Ensure that proposed program changes include thorough impact analysis across scope, timeline, budget, resources, operations, technology, contractual obligations, and client commitments prior to approval or escalation.
• Drive preparedness for significant implementation milestones, including kickoff, design, build, test, conversion, deployment, operational readiness, go-live, and stabilization.
• Master's degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and leadership success.
• 15 or more years of relevant experience in client delivery, program leadership, systems implementation, or technology services.
• At least 5 years of supervisory, management, or senior delivery leadership experience.
• Experience in leading client delivery for Medicaid Enterprise programs (e.g., MMIS, MES, Eligibility, or related Medicaid programs) or similar Federal or State Programs.
• Proficient in managing program budgets, staffing forecasts, delivery plans, financial performance, risk mitigation, dependency management, and corrective action plans.
• Proven capability to lead cross-functional teams encompassing implementation, product, engineering, operations, PMO, finance, and third-party partners.
• Strong executive presence and the ability to communicate program status, risks, decisions, trade-offs, and support needs to both client and internal senior leadership.
