Director, Emerging Products – Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Identify new opportunities for product development and growth.

• Develop minimum viable products (MVPs), prototypes, and proofs of concept.

• Initiate pilot programs with customers and partners.

• Leverage AI technology to enhance healthcare workflows.

• Formulate business cases and strategies for market entry.

• Assess ideas prior to substantial investment.

• Collaborate directly with executives and cross-functional teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in product management, engineering, or technical operations.

• Experience in healthcare, healthtech, payer, or provider sectors.

• Proven track record in product launches, MVPs, or pilot programs.

• Proficient in Git and knowledgeable in the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

• Extensive experience with AI coding tools.

• Must possess U.S. work authorization.

• Sponsorship is not available.

• Capable of passing a background check.
