This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +3 more states.
β’ Establish and nurture robust, collaborative relationships with state education agencies (SEAs) and other stakeholders.
β’ Perform needs assessments and create as well as deliver technical assistance that effectively meets client requirements.
β’ Oversee and adjust technical assistance as necessary.
β’ Collaborate with project evaluators to gather and analyze evidence.
β’ Serve as a point of contact for clients.
β’ Lead and organize technical assistance teams to guarantee the delivery of exceptional services to clients.
β’ Doctorate in education, social sciences, public administration, or related fields.
β’ Over 10 years of experience at the state and/or national level in working with K-12 education policies, regulations, and systems.
β’ More than 10 years of experience in developing and providing technical assistance to state and district educators and leaders.
β’ At least 10 years of experience conducting needs assessments and creating as well as delivering technical assistance that effectively addresses client needs.
β’ Over 10 years of experience producing high-quality technical assistance materials, such as information briefs, white papers, tools, presentations, and processes.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of experience collaborating with multiple states in the region (VA, TN, KY, or WV).
β’ At least 5 years of experience overseeing or managing large-scale federal grants or contracts.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of experience managing teams of up to 40, including subcontractors with personnel management responsibilities.
