Director, Digital Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Oversee a team of approximately 6 fully remote Capability Operations Business Partners tasked with financial and operational planning.

• Work collaboratively on monthly closing, quarterly forecasting, and annual budgeting activities.

• Ensure that OBPs deliver consistent, high-impact support to leaders within the Digital Business Unit.

• Establish and scale processes that generate decision-ready insights to assist a complex and expanding organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business is required.

• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in operations management or FP&A.

• At least 3 years of experience leading lean teams in complex, matrixed environments.

• Experience in professional services or consulting is preferred.

• A strong foundation in financial and operational management is essential.
