This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of paid search, paid social, and display channels from start to finish, encompassing strategy, campaign structure, bidding, and performance.
• Redesign campaign structures focusing on buying intent and high-value target accounts.
• Utilize LinkedIn as a primary channel for enterprise conversion, intent-driven strategies, and account development.
• Create and implement ABM advertising campaigns across LinkedIn, targeted display, and IP-based advertising platforms.
• Manage the website as a conversion tool, ensuring optimal front-end architecture, mobile responsiveness, page speed, and a strategic feature roadmap.
• Lead efforts in conversion rate optimization through systematic, hypothesis-driven A/B testing.
• Oversee SEO and AEO for non-branded, high-commercial-intent queries and AI answer engines.
• Redirect organic traffic towards high-converting, intent-focused landing pages.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage digital agencies, contractors, and freelancers.
• Implement competitive and category-based digital campaigns alongside product marketing.
• Develop digital air-cover campaigns in preparation for field events, dinners, and executive initiatives.
• Manage cookie policies, consent banners, and ensure web tracking compliance.
• Enhance digital attribution tracking, UTM hygiene, form tracking, and opportunity ARR tracking.
• Assess digital expenditure based on pipeline contribution, marginal ROI, cost per opportunity, and opportunity value.
• Recruit, onboard, mentor, develop, and retain digital marketing specialists.
• Collaborate with fellow marketing managers, senior leaders, brand, design, product marketing, field marketing, and vertical marketing.
• Minimum of 8 years in B2B digital marketing or demand generation.
• At least 3 years of direct experience in leading, mentoring, and developing a digital marketing or performance team.
• Demonstrated ownership of paid media at scale across search, social, and display platforms.
• Practical expertise in the mechanics of paid search and paid social platforms, including manual bid management and automated bidding.
• Experience with website ownership that involves technical performance, mobile optimization, conversion flows, and strategic planning.
• Proven track record in conversion rate optimization with a solid foundation in A/B testing and structured prioritization.
• Results in SEO and AEO for non-branded, high-intent commercial keywords, encompassing content planning, technical optimization, and AI search visibility.
• Experience in managing digital agencies, web developers, or freelance contractors.
• Strong understanding of marginal ROI, CAC, and pipeline metrics; ability to justify budgets to finance and executive leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical industry experience.
• Willingness to travel for business up to 10% as necessary.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.
• A background in cybersecurity, developer tools, or highly technical enterprise B2B SaaS is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with WordPress or Webflow is a plus.
• Familiarity with advanced ABM targeting, programmatic advertising, front-end campaign tracking, multi-touch attribution, or UTM structures is a plus.
