Director, Digital Asset & Brokerage Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee a globally distributed team of trade operations associates delivering 24/5 service coverage.

• Engage directly with our customers to provide exceptional service.

• Review, identify, and rectify trade discrepancies.

• Handle trade corrections and cancellations.

• Conduct inventory account reconciliations.

• Contribute to the formulation of new procedures and processes, as well as modifications to existing operational procedures.

• Oversee our trading desk (internal market maker) and collaborate with engineering to construct and monitor trading systems executing automated hedging strategies.

• Manage our global fiat banking relationships.

• Sustain relationships with liquidity providers, token projects, and all our vendors.

• Support financial and regulatory audits.

• Collaborate closely with engineering to introduce industry-leading crypto products to the market.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing middle and back office trade operations for a brokerage or crypto exchange.

• Successfully built and led a globally distributed customer service-oriented team providing outstanding 24/5 service coverage.

• Professional experience in trading cryptocurrencies.

• Familiarity with US crypto regulations.
