This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Spearhead the comprehensive strategy for establishing a strong pipeline of new institutional clients within targeted product areas and customer segments.
• Convert growth objectives into focused go-to-market (GTM) campaign strategies that enhance marketing-sourced pipeline, speed up conversion rates, and foster revenue expansion.
• Oversee the planning, prioritization, and execution of integrated, multi-channel demand campaigns, encompassing email, paid media, SEO, SEM, webinars, and third-party channels.
• Utilize behavioral and intent data to continually refine campaign performance.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to ensure a smooth transition of leads and effective follow-up strategies.
• Work alongside Revenue Operations to forecast, monitor, and enhance pipeline contributions and conversion rates.
• Partner closely with Product Marketing to transform GTM messaging into engaging, audience-specific campaign content.
• Create strategies aimed at senior leader decision-makers, buying groups, and enterprise buyer behaviors.
• Coordinate with analytics and digital teams to apply campaign logic and personalization strategies that boost engagement and conversion metrics.
• Lead a team of marketing managers to advance demand generation capabilities and develop a sophisticated, multi-channel B2B campaign.
• Integrate testing, automation, account-based marketing (ABM), and intent-driven targeting into campaign frameworks.
• Stay updated on digital demand trends and incorporate guidelines into campaign execution.
• Foster continuous innovation to enhance lead quality and conversion rates.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
• At least 8 years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing, with a strong emphasis on acquisition strategies and pipeline development.
• Background in B2B demand marketing, preferably with senior partners and complex sales processes.
• Proven track record in owning and achieving marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue targets.
• Extensive experience with multi-channel demand campaigns, marketing automation, segmentation, and conversion optimization.
• Strong capability to collaborate cross-functionally across Product, Sales, RevOps, and Brand teams.
• Exceptional analytical and decision-making skills; experience with marketing and sales performance dashboards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Experience working in a matrix or squad-based team structure, with the ability to lead by influence.
• Familiarity with essential marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Salesforce, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to tailor messaging for the market and create clear value propositions and calls to action.
• Self-motivated approach with enthusiasm for innovation, testing, and performance-driven marketing execution.
• High adaptability to a rapidly changing market.
• Proven experience in leading a team of marketers, providing coaching and guidance throughout campaign execution and their career development.
