Director, Delivery – EMEA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Lead a strategically focused delivery organization within Testlio’s EMEA region to achieve outstanding customer outcomes, enhance operational maturity, and ensure long-term retention.

• Leverage your extensive domain knowledge to challenge, recommend, and collaborate with enterprise clients and internal cross-functional teams to deliver strategic testing solutions.

• Guarantee exceptional client onboarding, pilot implementations, and value realization to optimize new logo acquisitions and account expansion opportunities.

• Work closely with the Sales team to coordinate pre-sales strategies, and identify, secure, and grow revenue opportunities within your existing portfolio and new prospects.

• Develop and present executive-level status reports that effectively communicate engagement progress, performance KPIs, and financial health tailored to the appropriate audience.

• Collaborate with colleagues in the Delivery Leadership team and cross-functional departments (such as Community and Operations) to continually enhance customer experience and scale the freelance tester network.

• Manage annual renewals for clients, including renewal planning, commercial discussions, and closure.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 12 years of experience in professional services delivery, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing large-scale, complex engagement portfolios and multi-million dollar P&Ls.

• A university degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical/professional field.

• A proven history in managing professional services engagements, consulting with internal/external stakeholders, and leading delivery transformation initiatives.

• In-depth understanding of software development processes, DevOps pipelines, Quality Engineering principles, and various software testing methodologies.

• Advanced experience in developing and maintaining executive relationships, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong skills in account health monitoring, metric analysis, financial reporting, risk management, and structured project task delegation.

• Experience in renewal processing, both operationally and commercially.
