This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead and cultivate the Variable Compensation team, offering direct oversight and training to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

• Design and oversee global variable pay programs and sales incentive initiatives to enhance performance and competitiveness in the market.

• Formulate annual compensation strategies and manage the communication and training of these plans for sales teams and leaders.

• Ensure that all compensation processes are compliant, precise, and in alignment with global budgetary standards.

• Collaborate with Finance and Sales Operations to manage budgets, monitor plan performance, and enhance compensation tools and systems.

• Examine compensation data and provide regular reporting to leadership, identifying trends and opportunities for process enhancements.

• Supervise payment calculations and onboarding procedures, serving as the primary point of contact for complex compensation matters.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analysis, Business Administration, Economics, HR, or a related field.

• Prior experience in Compensation or HR roles, preferably with exposure to Sales Operations.

• Proven track record in managing intricate variable compensation plans and incentive strategies.

• In-depth knowledge of compensation best practices and familiarity with budget planning and compliance regulations.

• Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets, with robust analytical abilities to interpret complex data sets.

• Demonstrated capacity to manage projects, process improvements, and change management initiatives.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills to collaborate effectively with other departments.

• Experience in a leadership role, with the ability to manage and develop a team.

• Fluency in English is essential.

• Proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.
